The 2023 Villain & Vixen Blanc de Blanc Sparkling offers lovely lifted notes of grapefruit, green apple and nashi pear on the nose. The palate is lively with citrus, green apple and melon on the balanced sparkling wine, finishing dry and with crisp acidity.Â
